The combination of the words and illustrations play a special part on my own journey. I wanted to create the opportunity to learn about words that we often pick up later in life. It all happens when it is meant to and for some children this book will help make a positive impact for them earlier in life.

Alpha-bet was first created three years ago as a christmas gift for my own neices and nephews.

All of the pictures were taken on my iphone as an 18/19 year old travelling on my two year 'GapYear' through Europe. I found the talented Ella Dulson to turn my images into the pictures on each page and she exceeded all my expectations.

I am convinced that we can teach children more than just A is for Apple (which is important too). As someone who enjoys learning and developing I wanted to create an opportunity for children to connect with who ever is reading them this book. Reading and learning new words or being reminded of these words will give you an opportunity to converse and help them get to know more about themselves.
